Return/Exchange Policy

1. Product Exchange will be be provided on every product as against to only size exchange policy earlier to provide better customer satisfaction

2. Exchange period is 5-7 working days against 48 hours earlier to provide better customer support

5. If the item didn't fit you right or you received a damaged product, exchange the product for a fresh piece by sending an email to or you can call on our customer care number - +91 89775 45735

6. We don't offer Returns. We offer size exchanges only. For size exchanges, we need you to place the size exchange request within 48 Hours of delivery to maintain our hygiene policy on the exchange portal. If you’ve received a wrong/defective item. You need to email at Send pictures(Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the User) of the products received along with packaging.

7. We don't offer Refunds, If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of clothing, we can cancel the order and issue a credit note to the customer. The customer will be notified about cancellation and will receive the credit note via Email/ Sms- This coupon/credit balance for any order cancelled by us can be used for a future purchase within 12 months on All refunds are issued via credit notes usable on our Websites.

8. It may take 2-3 working days for your request to be approved/ rejected. If your request is approved , the same will be picked in 2-4 working days by our courier partner. It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach our warehouse. Once received at our warehouse - An exchange order takes 3-7 working days for the product to be quality checked and approved and credit note to be issued to your email.

9. PLEASE HANDOVER THE ITEM WHICH THE DELIVERY BOY HAS COME TO COLLECT ONLY- If any unaccounted items are handed over , the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.

10. Exchange can be availed only once per order.

11. Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Hygiene products like Swimwear aren’t eligible for exchanges due to standard hygiene protocols.

12. All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Packages received without the original invoice will not be entertained. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse exchange.

13. Please try shoes at home or on a carpeted surface for hygiene.

14. Any exchange item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back at customer’s expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. Disclaimer: The colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting. Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.
