If an item does not fit or arrives damaged, please contact us at +91-8269809400 or admin.babyboo@gmail.com for assistance with an exchange.

We do not accept returns. We offer size exchanges only. To comply with our hygiene policy, please submit your size-exchange request through the exchange portal within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and attach relevant photographs.

If a size-exchange credit note is used to purchase a different product, we reserve the right to forfeit the order. As stated above, we offer size exchanges only. The credit note must be used to purchase a different size of the same product.
