At BabyBoo, we want you to love your purchase. If you need a different size or product, exchanges are available under the following terms:
1. Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Product Condition
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and free from stains, damage or odours, with original tags and packaging intact.
3. Non-Exchangeable Products
Customised products, used, washed or damaged items, and products failing our quality check are not eligible for exchange, except where required by applicable law.
4. Credit Note Policy
Eligible exchanges are processed through a credit note instead of a cash refund. Credit notes are valid for 2 months from the date of issue, redeemable on the BabyBoo website and non-refundable in cash, except where required by law.
5. Shipping Charges
Customers bear return shipping costs for regular exchanges. Replacement shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated beforehand. BabyBoo covers applicable shipping costs for verified damaged, defective or incorrect products.
6. How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via admin.babyboo@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 82698 09400, sharing your order number, reason for exchange and product photos if requested. Follow the return instructions provided. Exchanges are approved only after the returned product passes our warehouse quality check, following which an eligible credit note will be issued.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Contact us promptly with photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
